- We can't tell you how long it will take. It depends on a few things: the size of your order, the current amount of orders and the availability of our players. Sometimes it can take a couple of days and sometimes it can be done in few hours.
How can I be sure you are not going to steal my items?
- Our reputation is worth much more then items at steam. Anyway we recommend to use STEAM GUARD on CS GO Account.
- Whenever you start to use new IP address your inventory is blocked for 7 days, so there is no way anyone can touch your stuff. Remember to protect your account - after the boost is done we recommend to deauthorize all other computers in steam guard options.
Can I watch the booster who is playing on my account?
- Of course, yes! You can watch every game that is being played on your account.
Can I play on my account during boost?
- We prefer not to stop the order but it's possible. You can press the Pause Button on our Order Tracking Page to pause the order.
- However playing ranked / competitive games during boosting service is prohibited and can end in the cancellation of your order. You can only play community fun games.

- Incognito Mode: We will play in Offline mode, and do not let any 3rd party sites to collect your data while we do boosting in your account..
- Schedule: Set time for our boosters, for example: only play from 8AM - 3PM every weekday, no play on weekend.
- Streaming: If you are on holiday but still want to watch how we work, you can request us streaming your order. We will do it on Youtube / Twitch and you can watch us whenever you want :D
- Choose Server: Choose the server you want us to play in while boosting your account.
- Choose Role: Specific the role you want us to play in your account while boosting.
- Play Various Heroes / Agents / Legends: We won't spam 1 hero to make it naturally.
- Specific Heroes / Agents / Legends: You can request us play some of your favorite characters when doing service. You should give us more than 3 character because when we spam 1 character and get winning streak, it will usually get banned by enemy.
- Instant Start: Due to high volume of orders, customers have to wait 16-24 hours to be served. Instant start means we will start boosting your account within 2 - 6 hours after your payment goes through.

Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
